(Summary description)On April 2, it was learned from PetroChina Refinery and Chemical Branch that of the 21 fully automatic mask production lines that PetroChina planned to build, 20 were in place and produced masks. The 4 units that undertake the construction of production lines have all obtained the "Medical Device Registration Certificate" and "Medical Device Production License", and are fully qualified for product sales, and are continuously producing masks to supply the society.
In the past two months, four companies including Daqing Petrochemical, Lanzhou Petrochemical, Fushun Petrochemical, and Daqing Oilfield have overcome many difficulties and rushed to build fully automatic mask production lines. Since February 28, various enterprises have successively produced qualified mask products.
At present, the 20 production lines that have produced masks include: 6 production lines in Fushun Petrochemical, 5 production lines in Lanzhou Petrochemical, 5 production lines in Daqing Oilfield, and 4 production lines in Daqing Petrochemical. These four units currently each have one N95 medical protective mask production line, and the rest are disposable medical mask production lines. Fushun Petrochemical also has an N95 mask production line expected to be in place in late April.
In addition to making every effort to increase the production capacity of masks, PetroChina also actively organizes the production and sales of polypropylene fiber materials, and promotes the construction of meltblown materials and meltblown cloth production capacity at full speed. Its subsidiaries, such as Dushanzi Petrochemical, Ningxia Petrochemical, Dalian Petrochemical, Hohhot Petrochemical, Dalian West Pacific and Lanzhou Petrochemical, make every effort to ensure the full-load production of polypropylene plants. The supply of raw materials is sufficient, stable and high quality. From January to March, the cumulative production of polypropylene fiber material was 164,000 tons, and the sales were 149,000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 59.2%.
PetroChina plans to form a total meltblown cloth production capacity of 21.5 tons/day, of which the cooperative production capacity is 9 tons/day, and the self-built production capacity of Lanzhou Petrochemical and Liaoyang Petrochemical is 12.5 tons/day. At present, the two meltblown cloth production lines constructed by Lanzhou Petrochemical and Liaoyang Petrochemical are under full construction and are planned to be completed and put into operation by the end of April.
