After reaching production, the daily output of disposable medical masks will be 130,000, and the daily output of N95 masks will be 20,000. As of March 30, Daqing Petrochemical had produced a total of 1.843 million masks.
On February 4, Daqing Petrochemical established a special class for the production line of medical masks. On March 28, the first flat mask production line was officially put into use, becoming the first enterprise of PetroChina's "three places and four enterprises" to realize the automatic production of masks. On March 19, Daqing Petrochemical Development Co., Ltd. received the "Medical Device Registration Certificate" and "Medical Device Production License" from the Heilongjiang Provincial Food and Drug Administration, becoming the first certified enterprise for the production of medical masks in Daqing City.
Daqing Petrochemical purchases raw materials in strict accordance with YY/T 0969-2013 "Disposable Medical Masks" and above standards. Strictly organize pre-job training for operators to ensure that each employee is proficient in the management requirements of 100,000-level sterile workshops and the "Procedures for the Production of Disposable Medical Masks/Medical Surgical Masks". At the same time, strictly in accordance with the 100,000-level sterile workshop standards, control the number of operators, wear protective equipment correctly and implement disinfection measures to ensure that the masks are clean in appearance, in good shape, with no damage or stains on the surface, and the products leave the factory with high standards.
The state-owned giant has built its own mask production line, which has greatly enhanced the supply of masks. On February 6, PetroChina started four companies, including Daqing Oilfield, Daqing Petrochemical, Fushun Petrochemical and Lanzhou Petrochemical, to build their own mask production lines to rapidly promote the construction of mask production capacity. On February 20, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) urgently coordinated mask machine resources for PetroChina, requiring products to be produced by the end of February. In order to ensure that the mask production line is put into production as soon as possible, the group company has worked together as a whole to overcome difficulties. Last month, the pace of installation and commissioning of automatic mask production lines was further accelerated. PetroChina said that it is expected that the planned 21 production lines will all be put into operation in mid-to-late March, forming a production capacity of 1.5 million masks per day.
